The crew forgot to grab all of the tie wire at the workshop

Rebar tie wire is used in a number of construction projects that require the strongest steel. Rebar tie wire is made to resist many different weather elements. That is one great reason why the tie wire is used in applications like underwater bridges, canals, and docks. We use a PVC coated rebar for all of our construction. It is an absolutely essential part of the job. One of my new guys forgot to load all of the products onto the truck last time there was a job. I had to send the guys back to the shop to pick up all of the items that had been forgotten. We couldn’t start with the job until almost noon and I lost half a day. I didn’t want to single out the new guy and blame him for the delay even if it was absolutely his fault. I didn’t see any reason to make the guy feel worse. A couple of the employees had already given him a hard time. I didn’t say anything at all about the problem until the same thing happened the next day. This time I had to do something because we could not continue to lose time because people were forgetting to pick up all of the materials necessary. It was rebar tie wire again this time. At least the guys brought everything except the 14 gauge wire tie. We could start the job with the supplies that we had and I went back to the shop to pick up the things that were forgotten. I warned the crew that the next time something was forgotten, they were all going to receive a one-week suspension.
