There needs to be a great deal of trust in the business. I trust that the products I get from the metal company will be the top quality products that I need to complete the infrastructure jobs requested by the client. Until 6 months ago, I was using the same company for all of the stainless steel rebar wire tie products that we needed. I run a multi-million dollar construction company and I spend thousands of dollars each and every week on building supplies. It’s important that I get a good deal on the products and that’s also important that the quality is up to par with what my customers and I expect. A couple of my iron workers had complaints about the stainless steel type 304 rebar wire ties. The type 304 stainless steel wire ties were all from the same company and manufacturer. I thought it was terribly strange that there were problems. I brought several samples into the office and we tested their tensile strength against others. They weren’t as strong as the other products. I immediately contacted the company to complain about the products. After I got nowhere with the head of the company, I decided it was time to find a different place to buy all of the stainless steel, black and the old, and PVC coated rebar wire ties. It was a good move too, because the online companies charge less and have better customer service.
